It's taken me years to feel like I could write this review without spiraling into a panic attack. I wish I had reported this DO to the licensing board and made this review when it first happened. I have a documented bladder disease called interstitial cystitis which causes a lot of issues. I ended up at this office because I was having a ton of pain and other symptoms. The biopsy I didn't even know I was scheduled for was done in a crowded supply room/exam room. My daughter was with me so they just pulled a curtain closed and did a biopsy on my bladder right then and there. The doc then told me u needed emergency surgery on my bladder. We scheduled it for the following Monday. Thankfully I had a couple or days and the personal number of my GYN. In no uncertain terms, my GYN told me DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH TOU. And asked why exactly he wanted to do surgery on my bladder. So I called to speak with the doc to just ask some questions about it and he YELLED AT ME saying that he was from Mayo Clinic and knows what he's doing and that I absolutely have to have the surgery. I listened to my gut instead of letting him pressure me. I did not need surgery. I have a disease that can't be fixed with surgery unless you want to put a bag in place of my bladder! I have no doubt that this man would have butchered me and not even thought twice about it. He is extremely arrogant. Do not go here.

As a new patient to this office, and having dealt with my issue for about 18 months already that I have spent a good amount of my own time researching for a FIX, I'd have anticipated more than just a 30 minute consultation where I was recommended more "bandaids" that I can't afford. Healthcare, right? Nah. Unless you're okay with being pumped with prescription after prescription when you don't get the results you desire. I was expecting more from my first visit, honestly. Again, it would have been nice to walk out with a remedy.

Can't even get a phone call to schedule an appointment, tried calling no luck, my doctor called a few times they get we will call in a day or two its been 2 weeks. So I'd rather find a different doctor because this obviously doesn't want to see me.

This location might as well not even have a phone number. You'll never talk to anyone about scheduling an appointment. Go ahead and leave a voicemail. You'll never get called back.

I LOVE Dr.Letefi, but his staff not so much. I had a great experience with the nurse named Jess, but nothing good to say about the rest. It's VERY hard to get through to his office other than leaving a voice mail and then I did not get a return call. The lady at the window was also kind and courteous. As for the rest of my experience I'd rather not say until I have a chance to talk to the Doctor himself about my experience.
