Waited from 2:38 to 3 50. Never saw him except on way out .But could hear him as tho at a party just outside exam room. Left to sit on edge of exam table , feet dangling for 20 minutes. Walked out. Office to call next day about co pay, never got to talk to anyone to get my co pay back. Nurse did give me a 5 minute EKG while waiting. Plan to contact my Medicare provider

Dr Mikolaj is nice, answered all my questions and explained where you could understand. He listened and wasn't in a hurry like most. His medical assistant was really sweet also.

OFFICE STAFF IS AMAZING, DOCTOR NOT SO MUCH
First appointment went OK although I did have to remind him to actually look at test results before getting out the prescription pad. Once he looked at actual test results even he saw I did not need prescriptions and commented I was very well informed and had obviously done my research.
Family tragedy called for
Second visit and his arrogance only served to increase my blood pressure as he seemed set on writing prescriptions rather than actually look for cause of increased BP. I walked out with 2 RX
Third visit and he informed me that his medical practice is a business and his concerns for actually helping his patients involved writing numerous prescriptions whether they work or not. Previous 2 RX were not working and he prescribed 2 more on top of what I was already taking. I left with no doubts he was all about the slippery slope of big pharma.
It's difficult to trust someone who is all about the money and not about the care.
Please do your research before trusting this man's opinion regarding test results and so on. He does not look at test results, he is strictly a pharmaceutical representative.
HIS OWN WORDS: HE IS A BUSINESS.

I was very unhappy with my visit. I'm not a Doctor person but I had to go to the ER because of my BP which was really high. When the Dr came in the first thing he said was " what do you need ". I said I don't know I hoped he could tell me. He then said " no you came to me. What's wrong " He asked if I had a primary Dr. I said no. His reply was again rude he said " you need one. That's what they are for. They could have handled this We don't have time for this. That's why it took 2 months to get your appointment ". I told him about the ER. He said yes I read the report. I told him I don't like to take meds and I prefer to start off at a min dose. He gave me what everyone I have spoke to was a high dose. I didn't feel like he cared at all. I was a nuisance. That I was not important. I I'll never go back nor will I ever recomend him. The office staff and the nurse however were great

Dr Mikilaj was very nice, I enjoyed talking to him and he was very receptive to my explanation of my prior health needs. He has ordered some tests to update himself as to my physical well-being. I look forward to our doctor/ patient relationship in the future.
