Went to get a cardiac clearance almost two weeks ago. They still have not signed off on my Echocardiogram. I have called every day along with my Orthopedic n to no avail. They said the person who did it had to sign but they are either in clinicals or taking partial days off. I need it signed off for shoulder surgery. Just because I'm not a recurring patient n my insurance is paying not self paid like they thought they are dragging it out. I need n want shoulder surgery before the holidays. This place sucks. Never will go there again because it is a learning center they should teach them that they are playing with real people n real problems. My shoulders are shot n affecting my work n home life. What if this was them. You can't talk to nobody except the person answering the phone n all they can do is type send whom ever messages. Don't know if they read the messages since how they can't even read echo results sign n send to Orthopedic's. Just frustrating n tired of the BS. Please help if you know how to get them signing n sending quicker

Too big of a practice. Too many hands. I have had some good here but now I can't deal with it anymore. For example drive 50 miles one way and find out appt had been changed, by them, and no called me to advise. Nope, cannot see me come back. This is an assembly line from the way that your name is called to some of the ways you are treated by staff. Not all but some. I am trying to be objective. Simple things get messed up and you just have to live with it. A month trying to get them to do a simple thing and Staff just can't get it done. Again, too many hands in the process. One person did the final " I give up" for me and it was not the actual provider. Staff and there are nowhere to go that you can effect change. No longer a patient.

Its amazing how one person can ruin it for a whole team. I have never had someone treat me so rudely before in my life. When I first called with questions after being referred here by the hospital the medical assistant i spoke with was really quite mean saying they couldn't help me because i hadn't visited yet but her coworker did help and relayed info from the NP that was helpful. Then when I actually go in for my first visit she literally followed me around making nasty faces and laughing at me. She did this multiple times, the NP Amberly Ellis even witnessed this as i was leaving. I cannot think of more unprofessional behavior than this and was honestly shocked at the time (and didn't react or engage at all). Absolutely insane, no medical office should employ someone willing to treat patients like this. On the phone she said her name was Nicole but in person she had a name tag that said Lauren. Weirdly it seems like many of the office staff wear name tags different from their real names. The front office person Robin had a tag that said Paula (she was really nice and helpful though). The rest of the office staff seemed good (the name tag thing is weird though). Will update with future experiences.

I was scheduled for a follow up appt on 4/30 in which I had an echocardiogram performed. I got preliminary results from Amberly Ellis and was told I'd get the results that day or the next once signed and looked over by MD. It is 5/14 and i've still yet to hear anything back. I call the office multiple times and they don't give me any information. I do not recommend this office.
