I've been a patient here for several years . I had great experiences with Dr. Merrill which he has left the practice . My symptoms now were completely disregarded and there's no way anyone fully interpreted my test results. They didn't even call with results . Sent an email stating if still symptomatic, seek another Dr. Thankfully I did and much better experience at Pikeville and surgery done .
This is the worst group of people I have ever experienced in my life. Not only are they rude and completely uncaring of what illness and the things you go through with it, they botched my surgery twice and take their time getting me in to get a life saving procedure done and are completely unwilling to work with on what is best scheduling times... Just horrible
Holley is a wonderful dr. She takes time to talk to us @ explains things to us. We love Holley
I am truly shocked at how bad this place has deteriorated; I won't expand here, hoping the administrators reach out, but I would encourage anyone with a legitimate cardiac disease to look around and keep your options open!
