Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett

Today was the first time I have been to St. Francis Bartlett ER and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was seen quickly. All test were run in a timely manner. I received great care from each lab tech and nurse. The true superstar was NP Domonique Clark. She listened to me. I felt heard. She kept me informed the entire time of what was going on. She explained everything very well and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Most of all she was genuine, personable, had a smile on her face, and she made me feel confident in the care I received.

On the evening of October 28 we brought my 90 year-old mother in to the emergency room. We were met by a compassionate staff of people that were able to help my mother and get her admitted. The doctor and the ER nurse were absolutely five star and I wanted to thank them for their care, compassion and empathy. Antrenisha was our nurse in the ER she explained everything that was going on answered all of our questions was very compassionate and showed empathy toward us put our minds at ease.Update we wanted to thank some of the nurses that helped us. These are but a few Maddie ,Kat ,Cassidy, Brittany and Antrenisha.We're so grateful that they was there to help us.

My mother died Friday, (10/24/25) at St. Francis. All the staff and doctors fought hard to keep her alive for days. On top of that they were very good at communicating and keeping me informed. One of the ICU nurses was named dawn and she was incredibly patient, understanding, kind, and soft spoken. I kept asking her if she thought my momma could hear us, and she said regardless of what any of her patients can hear she treats them with as much kindness and love as she can. I will never forget her or the kindness this hospital showed me.

This place has excellent services and people. They care and it shows, Special thanks to Kimberly H. (Triage Nurse), Camry G. (Tech), Dr. May, and Natalie Bass, NP, for your collaboration, responsiveness, and commitment to patient-centered care. Your willingness to engage, answer questions, and ensure clarity throughout the process was truly appreciated. It was evident that teamwork and excellence are core to the culture at St. Francis, and we are grateful for the opportunity to see the work alongside such a dedicated group of professionals. We need more of this in the medical field!

The biggest asset at this hospital is the nurses along with the PT and OT teams. They are wonderful, amazing people. Thank God there is an appeal process when you believe you or your loved is not being discharged correctly. My grandmother needs rehab and she was discharge to go home, we filed an appeal and it was approved for her to go to rehab.
