Highly Unprofessional and Overpriced - Be Cautious! I had given my car for servicing at this center after informing them clearly about the issues: the wipers were not working due to rodent damage to the wiring, and there were also brake-related problems. I was quoted an exorbitant estimate of nearly 1,00,000, which I immediately declined, clearly stating that I do not wish to proceed with any service at such a cost. Despite this, without my consent, they went ahead and performed a "general service and checkup" - something I never authorized. Now I am being charged over 8,000, including 3,000 for spare parts (which I never approved) and 5,000 just for labor, supposedly for a diagnosis I had already provided upfront. Their justification? That they checked what I had already told them. In what world does that justify such charges? This is nothing short of a blatant exploitation of customers. No transparency, no communication, and absolutely no respect for customer consent. I feel completely cheated. I strongly advise others to stay away from this service center if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Their business practices are deeply questionable, and their service ethics are nonexistent.

Had a memorable experience to come back for servicing the vehicle everytime. On that note, i would like to mention about my exp. here 4 months back when i came for a cluth plates problem with my Ecosport. The driver who assessed the vehicle said its not the clutch plates but my driving pattern which needs to be changed for longevity and at no cost and confidence i drove back and seems all good. However, @ reception Ms. Elizabeth who is the front face and customer poc is well aware about establishing connection to right people and technicians in the center for queries we ask. Ambience and customer lounge is well equipped with necessary access and we can put to use for the best we can for a work day to stay. I m glad to mention that i had ample workspace in the customer lounge for me to do my office work for few hours considering my commute time to office/home and back. Thanks Viswa
