I had admitted my mother for total knee replacement surgery under the supervision of doctors Sai Chandra and Bharat C. It was great experience as care was taken from admission till discharge. Everything was smoothly handled. Even the insurance submissions were done quickly with minimal details requested. Overall a very good experience. Would recommend the hospital for cardiac and ortho care and surgeries.

The group of doctors at this facility is excellent. They are very friendly, supportive, and attentive to patients' needs. However, there is room for improvement among other staff members, such as nurses and receptionists. Professionalism and patient care need to be prioritized to ensure a more comfortable experience for everyone. I observed instances where staff members were engaged in personal conversations during business hours, leaving patients waiting longer than necessary. Additionally, better coordination among team members would go a long way in enhancing the overall efficiency and quality of service.
