This is my go to service center for my Ford vehicle. Though Ford has left, the operations has the same level of commitment I believe. Staff here is quick to attend and has expertise. Their cleaning after service is top notch and very intricate, Car shines like new. Body shop Executive is also expert and gets job done very well. I have been visiting the service centre for last 2 years. Though Ford has left, the operations has the same level of commitment I believe. Staff here is quick to attend. Service Advisors show the estimate before service and make adjustments as per our choice.

Had a bad experience with service. For a service I had to visit the showroom 3 times even though I pre-booked service they were unable to accept the car. Ok the second time they kept the car for 2 days to complete the service even though I asked to do wheel alignment and wheel balancing they didn't do it and say the last moment they said the technician is not available and was not able to do it. I had to spend the whole day at the service centre for getting my car. So the third time was to get the alignment right and for that they took 2hrs. And I ordered a cover for my car and still they haven't fulfilled the order. It's been 20 days and counting. Their excuses are the worst. Now they are saying the delivery vehicle got breakdown and might come this evening. God knows what gonna happen. They only call till you complete the Ford feedback and after that no proper response from their end.

I have very worst experience with this service center. Recently I gave my ford Figo here to fix a issue. They could not fix the issue due to spare non-availability. However, instead of giving my vehicle in same condition, they added two more problems and gave it to me. When I went to collect my vehicle I noticed it and immediately returned my car for fixing. The problem with these guys is, they screw up vehicle but they do not accept it. After so much discussion, they said they will check with the driver who came for inspection the next day. Third day again I went to collect. They said they fixed it. But they did not fix the problem completely and also they added one more issue. Unfortunately they do not accept that they have created the problem. Spoke to manager the second day. He does not help the customer much but he plays sentiments and requests for good rating instead. During entire discussion he tries to put the blame on the vehicle's age.

My experience at the service station was overwhelming. Initially I was quite surprised by the staff's behaviour emphasising more on customer satisfaction. My service advisor Mr. Praveen was quite helpful. I wish they continue their good work.
