Fortune Ford service centre. Very good customer care. The staff knows how to take care of the customers. Customer waiting lounge is available (Seperate waiting area for family) with water bottle , reading magazine, update on the screen and Clean washrooms. The place has definitely seen better days but can't complain. Comfortable sofas as well with a view towards car service bay. Car service area is also huge with a lot of bays to service the car. Washing area is also huge. Parking available inside. Service is done reasonably good with good explanation from the staff. However the car wash department needs to stepup. Definitely not worth washing the car here they only do a mediocre job. Overall good experience. They provide pick and drop . Online appointment for service.
