I visited the hospital on November 3rd, 2025 for my mother's angiogram test (Day Care procedure). The test report was good, and no blocks were observed. However, no medication was prescribed after the procedure. We were advised to come back for a consultation after one week, but we were not informed about any tests that needed to be done during the follow-up. On November 7th, 2025, we visited the hospital again for the follow-up consultation. We had booked an appointment for 10:15 AM IST, but we were made to wait for more than one hour. We met Dr. Shreya (Assistant Doctor), who prescribed Vitamin-D, Vitamin-B12, Lipid Profile, and HBA1C tests. We went to diagnostics, provided samples, and received the reports at around 1:50 PM. We submitted the reports at the reception and again waited for almost 3 hours. Finally, the assistant doctor checked the reports, prescribed medication, and again advised us to visit after one month. My concern is that we took leave from work and spent almost 7 hours waiting in the hospital, but we could not meet the main doctor, Dr. Rajasekhar. If these tests were necessary, why were we not informed when we were discharged after the day-care procedure? If we were told earlier, we could have completed the tests beforehand and visited only for the consultation, which would have saved time and effort. This is not only inconvenient but also emotionally and physically exhausting for the patient. I request you to please consider this as constructive feedback and take necessary action to improve the patient experience.

Another disaster i encountered in Yashoda, I paid 1000INR and wasted by consulting wrong person. He spent with us 30 sec and asked us to consult the subordinate doctor, who is only allotted for jus writing details of patient. Man i paid 1000INR to consult you, not your subordinate. And the lady, one who assist in sending patients based on token system,She is such a pathetic, she took mobiles from us and given ratings and reviews on her own. What a shame on her behavior. Dr. Rajashekhar , remember and recall everyday, sitting in isolated room and not attending patients is also a wrong things you do to your profession. Age and experience does not helps you to place in heaven but the service you do , for what you charging for.

I visited this doctor recently due to his reputed experience and expertise. However, I was disappointed with the way my consultation was handled. The doctor was very rushed and did not give me enough time to discuss my concerns or review my medical reports. His manner felt quite rude, and my queries were dismissed rather abruptly. While I appreciate his qualifications and the trust many patients have in him, I believe every patient deserves respectful communication and attention to their medical needs during an appointment. I hope the doctor takes this feedback constructively and makes more time for patients in future visits.

Dr. Rajasekhar ji is an excellent cardiologist -- approachable, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable. He combines conventional and modern approaches in treatment, which builds great trust and confidence. I strongly recommend him for all heart-related concerns.
