Every step was handled systematically -- the surgery was planned only after clearance from all the concerned specialists, ensuring complete safety and confidence for the patient and family. I must particularly mention that unlike some well-known corporate orthopedic hospitals, where they discuss "optional add-ons" or upgrades during surgery at extra cost, AMOR Hospital maintains complete transparency. There is no such drama here -- they clearly communicate everything beforehand. They use top-quality titanium plates and screws as standard, not as a premium option. I am immensely grateful to *Chiranjeevi Sir* , who is a super person, a perfect advisor, and one of the best human beings I have ever had the privilege of meeting. His personal guidance made a significant impact on my experience. The surgery was perfectly executed by *Dr. Kishor Reddy* Sir and his team. The skill and precision of the surgical team were evident, and I am highly satisfied with the result. *Dr. Jaideep Singh* Sir provided superb explanation and treatment, delivered with a manner that was both informative and reassuring, which helped make the patient feel calm and happy. The staff at Dr. Kishor Reddy Sir's cabin were highly commendable--they were very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything well, ensuring I was completely informed about the process. *Areas for Improvement* *Lab Services* : I felt the lab technicians were not experienced. Given the importance of accurate diagnostics, this area requires attention and further training/support. *Shared Room Staffing* : The nursing staff in the shared rooms are not sufficient. They are hardworking and dedicated, but having only one nurse for six to seven patients creates an impossible workload and leads to long response times. Increasing the staffing ratio would significantly improve patient care and support for these tireless nurses.

Dr. Sridevi garu provided excellent, patient-centered care. Her approach emphasizes a healthy lifestyle and she minimizes the use of diagnostic tests, only advising essential blood work. I was immensely relieved by the immediate and effective treatment she prescribed. I am very glad I chose her for my care, as my initial worries were quickly alleviated.
