A big plus: I was able to see someone the same day that I called for appointment. The good-humored nurse was stellar: asked good, appropriate and follow-up questions and turned her screen toward me so that I could see the answers that she entered. The CNP was fine, did her due diligence and got me out of the way in less than 10 minutes.
The Urgent Care doctor and nurse were exceptional. The doctor was careful, knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond by setting up my next appointment, carrying the prescription right to the in- house pharmacy, and even helping get my walker out to my car.
Urgent Care was able to see me within 1.5 hours of my call. After a quick assessment from a PA in the clinic, I was directed to X-ray where a technician graciously helped me get that done. I had a call a couple hours later to inform me of outcome and several options for care. Efficient, friendly, caring visit!
Dr Keith was very thorough during my wellness exam. She made some recommendations for supplements. She was kind and made me feel comfortable
Dr. Courtney Keith and Avera are the best. I have moved a lot and not had consistency in providers. Dr. Keith is a fabulous listener and after 10 years I finally have a diagnosis that no other provider told me there was a test for! Not happy to have what I have, but happy to know I wasn't losing my mind. She knows her stuff!!!
