From the time I entered the building up until the time I was seen by the doctor, everyone was cordial, friendly and very helpful. Dr. Pradhan was exceptional, and explained things about my condition that none of the other cardiologist I have seen in the past ever talked to me about. Dr. Pradhan's staff was very welcoming also.
This was my first visit with Dr Pradhan. He was very thorough and I never felt rushed. The way he explained everything made sense. He offered several solutions and we have a plan to help with my health situation. I'm very lucky to have him in Rapid City in lieu of traveling to Denver.
Top notch care! First time meeting the Dr. He was very personable and professional. In addition he explained everything in several ways so it was understood and was very detailed in documenting his findings to My Chart so I can refer back to it. He explained some things I didn't know. He was very nice and walked us out to the ground receptionest then talked for a min. two before going back. Thank you. His nurse was very infomitive and helpful. They all were very nice.
