When I had my heart attack I did not have a cardiologist and my primary care physician referred me to Dr Brearley Jr. I couldn't have gotten a better cardiologist in my opinion! I met Dr. Brearley in May of 2015, the day before my sons graduation and a week before and international trip at a time that I thought I was healthy. He proceeded to tell me that I had a 100% blockage and suffered a "widow maker" at 42 years old. We decided that we would let me go to my son's graduation and my trip with all my medical records in case something happened and would come back in a month for a stent. We followed the plan and here we are 10+ years and I am writing this as I wait in his office for my yearly checkup. We have had bumps in the road but he has been the best dr you could ask for.
