Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Coastal Cardiology

Found not only the Dr but every person I was in contact with went out of their way to be exceptional. I had more a than a better experience, after having a very rough day. Roads were blocked getting there and made me late. They were very understanding and chose to see me anyway! Most offices would make me reschedule. I was over half an hour late due to Road construction unforseen. Thank all of the staff and the Dr for your care. One thing I learned a long time ago! No one cares what you know, until they know that you care, or in a statement along those lines. From the Dr to the staff it shows. They set a new standard of Drs care in Charleston. God bless you all for your kindness!

I enjoyed coming to the Roper Cane Bay facility. The staff was fast and efficient. Dealing with the Nurses and Doctor was very informative and went over the results of the Radiology visit that cleared up the question of the Right Vertical! Thank you

The front desk lady was very friendly and sweet. My nurse was great, she was very polite when asking me questions. Dr. Powell went over everything with me and my husband and I felt great. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He made me feel at ease. He was not in a rush to get out of the room to get to the next patient. He takes his time with you. Which I love about Dr. Powell. I would highly recommend Dr. Powell if you need a cardiologist. He also has a great bed side manner if you are in the hospital. I have to say Coastal Cardiology is definitely the place to go. No complaints from me.

Dr Yarbrough is a wonderful physician. He is very thorough and takes the time to listen and answer any questions. There is no feeling of being rushed through the appointment. I feel very confident in his care and recommendations. Wonderful office staff from the receptionist to the back office. I was created and seen promptly. The new office facilities at Roper Berkeley are beautiful. I highly recommend!

Professional and friendly staff. Everyone I met on a Friday afternoon was attentive to their role in the office and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. I didn't feel like a burden, and that matters when you're a patient in scary territory. Highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Paulsen to provide cardiac care.
