Spartanburg Regional Heart Center

I want to express my reviews on this Spartanburg Regional Heart Center. From the moment we walked into the lobby we were greatly treated with exceptional care from the Receptionist Joy and the great Volunteer Pat. So, we had a wonderful welcome from the start. We were then taken upstairs to the Heart Cath and greeted by our Nurse Jada. What a wonderful and very professional Nurse she was. She gave excellent care to us immediately and tended to my husband so professionally. Jada, Julie, Linzie Kayla and a staff of others and most of all Dr. Brown were fantastic from start to finish and explained every bit of this procedure to us well. This Heart Center is fantastic if you have to choose a hospital this would be your great choice. I want to also add to this that the Structural team Education including Kim Valenti and Sarah Rice were amazing to us explaining this Heart procedure. If I could give more stars to them I would. Great thanks to all of you.

The service was superb and the entire staff was cordial and polite, however the room left a lot to be desired. The main issue was the toddler height toilet which was impossible for a person over 4 ft tall to sit down or get up. Now to the room itself. The trash can was full upon arrival on early Thursday morning and was still there late Friday afternoon all that belonged to me was the Gatorade and the small plastic bag to the right.Floor's dirty and questionable paint peeling off walls.the remote for the tv was taped together with dirty tape. Again I repeat, the staff and service was superb.

My husband received treatment for two separate issues on January 2nd and the 7th. The 7th required an overnight stay at the Heart Center. He received outstanding care. The staff from day one has been outstanding. We both highly recommend The Heart Center. A ten plus! We highly recommend Dr. Nicolazzi. A wonderful Dr. with great bedside manner. He keeps his patients informed. He explains what is happening and why. The information gives his patients a sense of control. Dr. Joseph Nicolazzi is a 10 plus Dr.

110% satisfied. Had the Watchman procedure done on December 12,2024 and everything went extremely well from minute one. I know I will miss a few employees and I hate it but I will mention the ones this old man can remember. I want to thank Kristy,Jordon,Sarah,Ashely,Mark,everyone in the operating room and of course Dr Rodak. Wish I could remember more employees. I received outstanding first class vip care.

My son was having issues breathing so we went to Pelham medical center. He was transferred to SRHC for additional testing. We have had the most caring staff possible. From the gentleman at the CathLab to the environmental services people everyone has been super polite and kind. I don't believe there was ever more than a 2 or 3 minute wait when he hit the call button that a CNA or Nurse wasn't in his room. I comfortable not being there 24/7. Highly recommend.
