Spartanburg Medical Center

I want to thank everyone for the incredible ease of the experience of the tests that I came into the outpatient clinic for on 11/3. Everyone, starting with the reception/ check in area was extremely friendly and efficient. Chelsea, the tech in nuclear medicine who did my bone scan was really caring and informative when I had questions and Eric, the nurse working with her made me very comfortable and went the extra mile by rescheduling my CT scan earlier in the day to I wouldn't be there quite so long. Madison, the tech who di my CT scan was really sweet, efficient and thoughtful. What a great experience!

I would like to Thank all the nurses on the 5th floor for being so understanding and patient with my Mother recently after surgery! Mom got confused and angry after her vascular surgery and was very hard to deal with a little while and all the staff especially James & Jesse stepped up and really done everything they could to make her experience the best they could ! They don't get the recognition they deserve for everything they do going above and beyond! I wasn't able to get everyone's name on staff at the time but Thank you to everyone for taking such wonderful care of mom !

Wanted to give a shoutout to the wonderful nurses that took care of me, for the last three days i was there. My night shift nurse, Vee, was absolutely amazing. In swear she was Johnny on the spot when it came to checking up on me. My days shift nurses Hannah and Camryn were also amazing kudos to really everyone that helped me get better thank you!!

My mom is having a pacemaker installed today 9/29/2025. Hopefully it'll be a good experience at the Spartanburg hospital.

I've waited 2 weeks to write this review in hopes that my opinion would change ever so slightly but it has not. This hospital is a joke at its finest. Everyone down to the staff members all the way up to the surgeons are some of the most incompetent ignorant people I have ever met in my life. I would rather take my last breath on the side of the road in the pouring rain then have them do anything to save me. I arrived at this Hospital on the 13th of October 2025 with a broken rib and I spent one week in that hospital because they had to perform a procedure I could have done in my sleep three times. Not once not twice but three times due to incompetence. I eventually did research while waiting in my room to expedite the process and be able to leave. I was then tossed around room to room staff member to staff member simply trying to get a signature so I could be on disability long enough to keep food on the table for my children only to be left in the dark with no help. I will never return to this Hospital and I advise you to do the same. I promise you now there are plenty other hospitals including Pelham you can go to and I advise you to do that.
