Check in is easy and quick. I love that we don't have to wait next to other people. Specially during flu season or the first couple of visits when the baby didn't have his vaccines.
If you are on time you go straight to the doctor's office and it's always clean.
I really like our pediatrician. He actually cares about the well being of my baby and never rushes an appointment. He listens to my concerns and clarifies any questions I have.
The place is clean. Easy access for strollers with big elevators.

We have been using Rock Hill Peds for 3 years now and I've never had a bad experience. We typically see Monica Evans but every provider we've encountered has been wonderful. Kayla was super kind and thorough with my teenage daughter; we liked her and could have considered seeing her again until the billing. However, will not opt to see her again due to billing. Simple steps that have been part of our well-child visits yearly are now being charged and not covered by insurance, such as a simple generic paper questionnaire that my daughter circled answers to let them know about her emotional well-being. The paper has always been useless, but it didn't matter before, but now we are being charged out of pocket for this piece of paper. We prefer to go back to our regulars; we saw Kayla because our regular had something come up and cancelled the day before our scheduled appointment.
