Hoping the appointment goes better than the phone call! I'm 18 and I called because I have a few diseases and my immunologist sent me this way. A woman named Susie answered and acted as if helping me was such a struggle. Her tone was very hostile and sounded annoyed. Making smart remarks as well. I felt uncomfortable and was wondering what I could have possibly done to be such a burden. Looking forward to the real doctor!! I'm sure the real staff is amazing! Just watch out for receptionists.

This was our first visit today with Dr. Graham Smith. The staff (Front desk, nursing, aids, translating service) was extremely wonderful and accommodating although lots of questions were redundant because i already filled out the questionnaires and medication names online (all up to date) but was still asked to re-fill out paperwork again with these information. Once there, after spending a significant amount of time going over medications and medical history again, we met Dr. Smith who was pleasant but seemed unprepared for our visit. Ultimately we were seen and had our questions answered but I wish he were more prepared. He was unaware of the reason for the visit (should be on the referral docs), ongoing medications (only a few and is updated in the system). As a doctor myself, i understand how hard it is to keep up the pace with patient care, however some effort should be placed in each patient to optimize treatment and time.
