The medical staff has been great since day one. They help me whenever I have no other option but to bring my 3 year old Son. The radiology technician, medical staff, and doctors are great and informative. Receptionists Are polite, helpful, and very fast to help over the phone when you need referrals, prescriptions, or any other paperwork... Even though I've had some 30-40 min wait times(after x-rays )in the past to see Dr. Bethle, my recent positive experiences with this office has outweighed the past.

I've had to have multiple surgeries with Dr Bullion and his team. I have never once questioned the care that I've received. The entire staff is personable and engaging. Just the best group of professional medical staff you would want as your team.

It looks like this office is famous for deleting negative reviews. However, I have had a horrible experience with the office and receptionist help every time I call there and I called today and the manager was extremely rude.They put the office manager on the telephone and all I wanted was an email and she was extremely rude and lied and said they do not have an email knowing that I am sending filing a complaint because I did ask for a work letter at the time of my visit. And I was promised a work letter , and now they will not provide one.. They Also diagnosed me wrong I have severe osteoarthritis and they did not diagnose me correctly and this is 2 different Dr.s that I went to Dr. Putman and Dr. boyan and for them not to help a patient and then for the receptionist to speak rudely and lie to me that they don't have an email because I did find the email so she is a blatant liar the office office manager ought to be fired if she does not want to handle A customer request for email. And you would think that they would care more about their patients, I told her, I have cancer and she could care less and called me rude, because I said, she's not being very professional and the lady on the phone before her underneath, her was not very kind either I would never go here again and highly recommend you find a office that really cares about your health. You will see by their response , how little they care

I was here in Myrtle Beach for vacation and had a fall causing me to break my femur. All of the Doctors, nurse's, pt, ot and office staff could not have been any nicer, compassionate and caring. In fact, I received better care here than I would have gotten at my home state in Maryland. I wish the fall did not happen but I really appreciate all of the care that I received from everyone here..Thanks to all

The staff is very efficient and very kind and cheerful. The medical staff is very knowledgeable, listen to all your concerns, are kind and explain all options well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this group to everyone who needs this specialty!
