Dr. Washington and his team are great. I think for the most part they anticipate and accommodate the anxieties that come along with the demographics they work with. They also seem very open to answering any questions you may have in order to make sure you are doing your best. You need to be ready to do the work, but once you are, Dr. Washington and his team become your team and every one is working towards the same goal. They understand that your support system is also crucial and have no problems answering their questions as well. Believe me, when came ready with a detailed list.
