Dr. Cicio always takes his time to listen to you and then makes his determination based on all your historical medical data. He is always very professional and friendly. His medical assistant is efficient and friendly as well. She has so many funny stories and anecdotes. Always a pleasure at their offices.
Dr Cicio was very knowledgeable and kind. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and most importantly, I trusted him with my care. I wish him a blessed retirement.
I loved Dr. Cicio and am sad to see him go. I lost my 1st primary care physician, Catherine Shafer, then my 1st cardiologist Dr. Gresko and now Dr. Cicio that I really liked all of them especially Dr. Shafer and Dr. Cicio, as since I was a medical transcriptionst, I stayed informed and when I asked questions they really trusted my opinions and I was really comfortable with them as listened to me and they are responsible for my comeback. I don't know what CMC is doing that making my great doctors have to leave. 4 stars as I must see new doctor(s) as they are not replacing him! (It's kind of like a first date, sharing your most private, some embarrassing medical history and getting to know enough about each other learning if you trust them and their trust in you to make the right medical decisions! So, I'm now entering the unknown until I can replace with someone I trust, AGAIN!
Dr. Cicio is amazing! Takes time to explain things to me, goes over everything, and is so friendly. Makes me feel at ease and well cared for. His staff is amazing! So friendly and very helpful. Would recommend them to anyone!
