Very knowledgeable, very professional, very kind, and excellent listener, very proactive in assisting with registration, and overall a staff person with a great future. She may well be the most talented receptionist I've come across in my 55 years of healthcare in multiple environments, acute, long-term care, subacute, and mental health. The triage nurse was also excellent and an excellent listener. The doc was right on the ball and knew exactly what was happening with me before I spent half the paragraph explaining it.
