The receptionist today uses excellent patient-centered communication skills. Very knowledgeable, very professional, very kind, and excellent listener, very proactive in assisting with registration, and overall a staff person with a great future. She may well be the most talented receptionist I've come across in my 55 years of healthcare in multiple environments, acute, long-term care, subacute, and mental health. The triage nurse was also excellent and an excellent listener. The doc was right on the ball and knew exactly what was happening with me before I spent half the paragraph explaining it. Well organized clean neat attractive Urgent Care center. My first time visit. Receptionist is an excellent candidate to become a trainer for other corporate staff Tiana the receptionist and Misty the nurse and Dr Arthur w make a tremendous team who deserve the highest praise and performance recognition

Had an injury to my head, and I went in and got staples and bandaged up in less time than a trip to McDonald's. So thankful for these people! The best urgent care facility on the grand Strand!

I went in on a Friday evening and got in quickly. The receptionist, nurse, and NP were all fantastic. I want to make them my primary care....so much easier to deal with. I highly recommend. One suggestion...it looks closed at night because of the lighting, so check hours and don't assume they are closed if dark and no cars in the parking lot. Employees must park in rear.

Thankful they have Sunday hours. Online appointment, convenient locations, and always update you on your place in line to be seen. Tests taken with quick results, diagnosis by doctor, and required prescription sent to my pharmacy. Excellent care on my visit and great to know you can get medical care every day.

I went to the clinic while on vacation not feeling well at all. I was greeted with a pleasant smile and a young lady named Skyler that could not have been more helpful. Shortly after the intake process was completed the medical assistant named Berta escorted me into a room and handled all of the review of my medications. It was done with such professionalism. Shortly afterwards the provider named Geraldine addressed all of my concerns. I left feeling well cared for and ready to go get my medications and start feeling better. I highly recommend CareNow Urgent Care. The staff made all the difference! Bill Pope
