Everyone from the check-in at emergency thru the entire time I was there to the transport to my car - EVERYONE was professional, caring, and helpful. The nurses and staff were very attentive and caring and couldn't do enough for me. A pleasant experience for an emergency illness. Even the food was good!

Thank You to an Amazing Medical Team (Big Thanks to the General Surgeon) I recently had gallbladder surgery, and I just have to say -- the staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone treated me with true southern hospitality and genuine care. Mac,Crystal, Emma, and Stevie were my absolute favorites! They were upbeat, knowledgeable, compassionate, and full of good spirits. Their kindness made such a difference during a difficult time for me. I have MS and with that I am subject to alot of UTI'S as well as upper respiratory issues. I have had MS since 2004 so I have been in alot of hospitals over the years. Roper St. Francis in Mt. Pleasant, hands down, was the best. The staff was OUTSTANDING. Everyone from the Doctor, PA, nurses, and technicians that assisted in my care from December 2nd to Dec 4th treated me as part of the Roper family. I have Progressive MS and only able to use my voice and left arm now. The nursing staff and technicians made sure I was turned over and repositioned regularly. I am so thankful for their hard work, their smiles and especially their laughters at my old jokes. Thank you so much Roper St. Francis Mt. Pleasant, You should be proud of your skills and dedication. I love Roper emergency room. I have only had wonderful experiences from the front desk when you register to all the nurses, PA.'s & Doctors. They treat you professionally and try and get you in as soon as possible with a pleasant attitude. They've always been right target when addressing my problem. Thank you, Roper!

First of all I would like to start with Dr. Eric Long and his staff. Dr. Long is a rare and refreshing individual in today's medical world. I have had at least three dozen major procedures in my life, and just when I was losing Hope in the medical field doctor, Long showed supernatural compassion, caring, empathy, bedside manner, encouragement, not to even mention his unbelievable skill and talent as a doctor. He is in rare air as far as I'm concerned with doctors in America today. Then we'll go to Dr. Stewart cool as a cucumber, steady knowledgeable and straight to the point... Dr. Lawrence PA STEPHANIE. Another rare individual steady as she goes. Sometimes I thought that she slept at the hospital because she seemed to always be around either there or in surgery. .. now we will go to the nursing staff. Again an amazing team daytime nighttime support staff. After a couple of days and I had some serious three or four days post surgery as I started to walk the hallway I realized, and this is not a critique, but they seem to be understaffed, but they juggle perfectly again, compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable under crazy circumstances at times I don't think most people realize how hard all of these people work when everyone else is tucked in bed or maybe do something that might be a little more fun. These people are working to save lives. So if I'm giving a score out of one to 10, I would say you for exceed number 10 with the entire staff at Roper hospital and I think everyone of these individuals for it Brett McKee
