I am very glad to have found Dr. Desai for my primary care physician. From the moment I met her she made me feel very comfortable discussing my health and any concerns. She is very knowledgeable and truly listens to me. I would highly recommend her to others.

After examining the comments in Dr. Bijal Desai's reviews, I have doubts regarding their credibility, as they seem inconsistent with the inadequate care my father received under her care. Perhaps she only gives adequate medical care to patients of a certain ethnic group or race. My father's recent diagnosis of late-stage chronic liver disease was made by his doctor at the VA clinic, despite Dr. Desai's long-standing role as his primary care physician. When a scheduled procedure could not be completed due to his critically low numbers, we were referred back to Dr. Desai for urgent care. However, her refusal to treat my 93-year-old father, who arrived two minutes late for his appointment, demonstrates a concerning lack of compassion. Moreover, during our subsequent visit, Dr. Desai's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful, as she failed to provide any meaningful medical solutions or emotional support.

Dr Desai is the sweetest most proficient and knowledgeable and helpful,caring Doctor my husband and I have been with her for some time and ador her we will miss her as we are moving out of state soon . Her staff, nurses are fantastic!

Dr and staff are always up on our health. They allow us to be involved in decisions about our own health. Very friendly. Would recommend Dr Desai 100%

It's nice to finally have a Doctor that will sit down and look you in the eye and actually listen to you. I would recommend her to my closest friends and family !
