I had two medical issues the last 10 days that required me to go through the ER. The triage staff nurses treated me with respect and great compassion. I was given an ER room in 10 mins, cat scanned in 1 hour and admitted for an emergency surgery within 6 hours of my arrival. I spent the night post op on floor two and was assigned to a beautiful new clean room and received the best bed side manner from all that entered my room. I have been to all the hospitals on the grandstand in the last decade for my health and BY FAR these people are the best ! Great service , never felt rushed , good food and the nurses and docs I had are amazing . My family and I will never use another hospital here .

I gave 1 star because I came in very ill looking for medical care just to not only sit in the emergency room for an hour but taken to the back to get shoved in a room for another hour and nobody checked on me at all. The nurse popped in and said I'm sorry a provider hasn't picked you up yet, but to kill time you want me to swab you for Covid? I'm soo disgusted and angered on top of not feeling well at this point because how do you not have a doctor available but I hear nurses walking around in the hallway laughing and talking about what their plans are after shifts among other things while I'm still lying here and nobody came in yet. I'm now wondering is this how some could have died because no one checked on them either.

I came in and had emergency surgery on my uterus. The er staff was wonderful. My surgeon Dr McCauley is amazing. My daytime nurse Brittany Britt is absolutely amazing and helpful. My night time nurse I think her name was Emily was super helpful too... But the rest of the nurses I had were very slow and uninformative. I would ask for something and they just never came back. I had one nurse just put a new dressing over the old dressing over my drainage tube instead of changing it. But the reason I'm writing this is to say how amazing Brittany Britt has been.

I was very unhappy with there service, I had a bladder infection and kidney stone and was in extreme pain, throwing up and felt like I was passing out. They were not busy but you could hear the nurses laughing at the desk. I pushed the button for pain a few times and plead with the nurse to please give me something to at least ease the pain, after two hours they gave me something and it did not help, I pushed the button, they answered once saying ok and hung up and then when I did again just hung up. No one came to the room. Then had to do a cat scan in massive pain, I'm not a complainer so if I am crying and yelling in pain it's serious. Finally after 3 hours the doctor came in and helped said oh my goodness dear you have a massive bladder infection and two kidney stones, and finally gave me something for pain. I will not return there again. Felt they were very unprofessional and uncaring. If I ever have to go to hospital again I will even drive further no matter how mush pain. Very disappointed!
