The front desk Needs attention big time!! The red headed young woman Is RUDE and unprofessional! She hides at the second window behind the computer so not to have to call anyone or have to work! She talks to people as if you are bothering her!! Only seemed to care about ordering lunch with co workers than doing her job. I have dealt with her more than once and every time she is rude. Most of the staff acts as if they dislike clients and dislike their jobs...The office is not Professional or personable with patients at all.

I have been going to this location and the doctor's here first. Dr Barns And now under Dr. Mount who was also my mother's doctor. I love this place. It was the one and only place that I ever went to for a doctor's visit and I have continued to go since 1997 when I moved here, The staff is wonderful! If anybody on Facebook ever asks where to go, I always steer them in this direction

I have seen Dr. Mount for eight years. She is always thorough, pleasant, and prompt. If I have a question or need a refill, her assistant Danielle responds almost instantly. My lab visits have been hassle-free, and I've never waited more than a few minutes in the lobby. The front office could be more welcoming.

Check out extremely rude. Stop at window to ask if I need to check out with her? Before I could even get my sentence out she looking at me like why I am bothering her. I ask do I check out with you, she said you have lab ? I said yes she said no. I guess next time I will not even stop I just keep on walking. Boy where is Customer service. Front counter check in great , lab tech great , check out lady needs to change attitude or get a new job.

Shannon is my primary care and I can tell you this. I have never seen a better caretaker. Then Shannon, I'm 70 years old. She's the best. I love going to carolina health specialist .
