You only get one time to make a First Impression.. my first visit with Palmetto Cardiology Associates was very pleasant. The staff from beginning until checkout were awesome. Very polite, attentive and informative. They handle me with such care. The nurse who attended me... Beautiful. From inside and out. Very patient and gentle. Dr. Duncan, very knowledgeable and patient. He listened to me. Rare. He actually listened to what I had to say and I felt my observation was honored. This office visit was rare because it was very pleasant. I have seen doctor's for over seven years straight for severe injuries and not all visits are pleasant or the staff but A+ to Palmetto Cardiology Associates. Thank you guys.

Wonderful experience, everyone in the office was extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Smith is a brilliant doctor who takes time to listen to his patients, and explain matters in smatter they can understand. This was my first visit, but he has been my wife's doctor for several years. We trust Dr. Smith and his staff.

Such a great experience. Every staff member that I spoke with was so kind and friendly. My nurse and Dr. Duncan both listened and validated my concerns. Left first appointment feeling satisfied, comfortable and happy.

This was a last minute visit and once I got to the office, I was taken back right away and was seen shortly after that! The girls at the desk are wonderful!! Everyone in that practice are great! Dr Duncan is wonderful and explains everything to you! I highly recommend this practice!

I had a great experience here! The staff and doctor Smith were very friendly! It seems good caring doctors are hard to find now days but Dr. Ian Smith truly seems to do his job well and he really cares.
