Was referred to review my test results because I had some abnormalities and defects show on my echocardiogram. Had hoped to understand my results. His initial question upon entering was why was I seeing him, and he kept repeating statistics as to why I was not a candidate for surgery. I'm so glad I did not need surgery, but it was very difficult to get him to educate me on anything else, what to look out for, preventive care, can symptoms worsen. I never get an option to review doctors with Bon Secours like I do with Prisma. I wish they would allow their patients a voice.
