After signing in, I was taken right away. Dr.Pesek was excellent as was the nurse. Dr. Pesek couldn't have been nicer. She was very caring and I felt very comfortable with her. I didn't feel rushed and she took the time to answer my questions in a way that I could understand which I really appreciated. My overall experience was A plus!!!

Not pleased. Arrive at office a little late due to the elevators in the office being down. I was signed in 12 min after my appointment. Receptionist checked me in within the window. The doctor then refused to see me, even when the receptionist checked me in. The receptionist quickly got up to try to explain it to the doctor what happen. I'd taken off work for the appointment, which receptionist also explained to the doctor. This shows a lack of understanding, connection and compassion for the patient.The previous doctor would not have done such as both me and my husband have been there for years. Having a doctor with lack of understand, connection and compassion is never a good look. We will seek another doctor as we rolled over to Dr. Pesek when our doctor (Dr. Pugh) retired.

Dr Pesek has always been a fantastic doctor for myself and my wife. When we needed a specialist she always sent us to the very best people. We just love having her for our doctor! She takes the time to answer every single question to! We highly recommend her.
