Joseph A. Manfredi, MD, FACC, FHRS, is a board-certified electrophysiologist who has been in practice with Prisma Health since 2015 and in the Upstate for more than 13 years. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia in Athens, Dr. Manfredi received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He completed a fellowship in cardiology at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, and completed his electrophysiology training at St. Vincent's Care Group in Indianapolis. Manfredi specializes in device-based arrhythmia therapy and complex arrhythmia ablations. He is married with two daughters and enjoys his family time, golf and University of Georgia football.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Dr. Manfredi. He is very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He helped me understand the issues I am dealing with. The nurse who checked my in was very effective. I cannot recall her name, but she was outstanding.

I was seen within 5 minutes after I arrived on time. Soon after being put into an exam room, the doctor came in, discussed my condition with me in plain English, and explained what we would do about it, with drawings. I left with a better understanding of my condition and looking forward to having it treated.
