Jon Francis Lucas, MD

Dr.Lucas is great! He takes time to listen and wants to get to know about his patients! He's very caring and my daughter enjoyed seeing him!

Not only did he stand about as far away from us and our ten year old as possible in very corner of room like we were diseased, he never bothered using his stethoscope to listen to my ten years old heart, she's been diagnosed by a better cardiologist then him by dysautonomia and he basically just referred to results from that entire time, dismissed our concerns and touted or possibly even threatened to send us to another cardiologist because he's the head of cardiology at prisma and he knows that no one else can help. I just have to say after all the horrible experiences we have had with prisma, with gastroenterology and now cardiology, including my own personal experiences with prisma - this doctor might be the most uncaring disgusting doctor I've ever met. I asked him have they been seeing a lot of kids with post COVID dysautonomia- and he said no. When I asked the woman who does the echocardiograms she told be absolutely! He lied. he is a lazy arrogant talker that realizes that there is not enough research on Dysautonomia and realize that the effects after Covid could be causing her symptoms but obviously in the past three years since this pandemic has made no effort or made no adjustment to re-educate himself in Dysautonomia or anything regarding the heart and how we can be affected by Dysautonomia . This is one of the laziest doctors I've ever met. I am absolutely disgusted. *Don't worry Dr. Lucas, I am taking my complaint as high as possible. Not only did you lie on the exam you made regarding my daughters appointment, and the non existent exam you supposedly completed based off the notes in her MYCHART, you have the nerve to say you won't see my daughter because we begged you for help in that room, and you continued to belittle us and dismiss our questions. You are not deserving of the title you hold. You are disgusting.

Dr. Lucas is a wonderful provider to our baby girl. He has been there for us since she was in the womb! We love him and could not imagine this heart warrior journey without him. His staff members are always kind and help us get through any scenario. Thank you for such great care!!!

Seems very uncaring and uninterested and schedules more appointments in one day than he can possibly see. We were there until after 5 when we finally left without knowing anything because there were still 2 ppl in front of us. It is ridiculous the amount of time you have to sit there twirling your thumbs waiting on results. If my child's dr ever wants her to see another cardiologist they better schedule somewhere else because we won't go back to this jerk.

Dr Lucas is an excellent pediatric cardiologist!!!
