Dr Trexler is one of the most thorough doctors I've ever seen. She really tries to help by getting to the root of the issue. Most importantly she believes me, listens to me, and comes to me with options. She was able to diagnose trigeminal neuralgia after four other doctors insisted it was TMJ. She provided immediate help and I've never had an issue after that one flare up. Being treated for TMJ made it so much worse and prolonged my pain. As soon as I told her I didn't think it was TMJ she pivoted to find what else it could be. I have endometriosis, which can be debilitating. Invisible pain has a tendency to make you feel crazy. Dr Trexler never made me feel crazy. I felt heard and seen. I'm healthier than I've ever been under her care, and no longer in pain.
