Aiken Physicians Alliance Primary Care - Graniteville

I have been trying to get my medication for over a week. One doctor is on leave, one doctor is on vacation. I was told he would check his computer and call in prescriptions yesterday. Still nothing. Called again today and was given the run around. I was told I could make an appointment to see another doctor. No. I'm heading out of town and a week without my meds now. This is not a good way to keep patients.

I was a patient at a different APA location, but switched to Graniteville with Dr. Joachim after my mom raved about the office. I couldn't be happier with this office! Dr. Joachim always takes his time with me, doesn't brush off my concerns, and makes sure I understand what we discussed during the appointment before I leave. The on-site lab is nice and convenient also! The office staff, specifically the office manager, goes above and beyond to ensure patients are taken care of. If you have an issue, they're quick to get you scheduled for an appointment! You can't go wrong if you become a patient here.

Dr Cesa is caring and absolutely the best listener. She is very careful when checking bloodwork and notices everything about a patient. I highly recommend her! Also the best lab person ever to draw blood works there.

I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously and was being brushed off. Eventually decided to get a second opinion, and now conveniently they cannot give me my records due to a 3rd party having them. Cannot get in touch with 3rd party either. Finally managed to get report from my x ray but cannot get my x ray and no one knows anything. Been trying to get these for a week.

We moved to Graniteville from Ohio and I was really skeptical about finding care like I had in Ohio. I would definitely rate Dr Cesa a 5 star doctor. She is so thorough with the care she provides. I'm so glad she was recommended by my husband's heart doctor.
