Someone needs to evaluate and audit RSFH billing practices. I continue to be erroneously billed and my patient rights being violated by fraudulently selling my info to collection agencies when I DO NOT OWE THEM MONEY! And it has been placed on my credit report. I have a PRIMARY and SECONDARY insurance that has been verified on file at EVERY location I am seen at, my ins has NOT changed since 2018, they are in network and cover ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of my allowed costs. I have called and called and no one addresses the issue. I even contacted the corporate compliance office. No one ever contacted me back.

This rating is for the lab work draw at the Trident location. 6/28/24 the place is overwhelmed! You need a dedicated lab draw/shot tech. AND the staff looked very unhappy, understandably so. I love my doc office but this has to change!

I had scheduled a new patient appointment for this location. I was called 2 business day before my appointment telling me ot had been canceled since I didn't fill out any paperwork. I had set up this appointment online and no where did it say I needed to come in and fill out paperwork. And the reason to fill out this paperwork is so the doctor can decide if she wants me as a patient or not. I just don't understand this at all, if the doctors is accepting new patients why would that be an issue. I just wonder what that decision is based on... maybe how much money can be made off of me or if I would be able to pay a medical bill.
