I saw them once. I was charged several thousand dollars for tests, to find out they were unnecessary. The only follow up I got from them was about my bill. I never received a call to schedule me for a pacemaker or defibrillator because his office visit bill of $3000 was still in a payment plan. Will NEVER go again. Staff is rude.

Went with my mother for a couple of appointments, staff at desk DO NOT wear masks! You would think that dealing with heart patients, people at higher risk of death if they catch covid, that the people at the front that have contact with all patients, that they would wear masks! The doctors do and the nurses, why not the people at the front desk??? Makes no sense. The receptionists also have no personality and are rude and uncaring. Good luck if you go!

I've never had such a rude service over the phone. I was calling regarding my patient care in which Dr.D was aware of. His nurse Autumn was very rude and at one point hung up the phone. What ever happened to professional patient care. Dr.D personally wanted this information and she didn't even bother to hear what had to be said. It was "we don't do that" when in fact this was something that was personally requested for information to be given and Dr. D to handle. I am very upset at this staff member and her professionalism.

I am a patient and I just read the only other review. I must say, how childish can you be? I am a Veteran and if that other person is too, then I would be shocked. Just because someone is preforming work on a building, it doesn't mean that the Doctors or Nurses are terrible. EVERYONE PLEASE IGNORE THAT ATTENTION SEEKING, PETTY, CHILDISH individual. If you require heart care, please know that they found a problem with my heart that St Louis Cardiologists missed!! Everyone is polite and they are DEFINITELY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED!... As to the person who bashed my doctor( and others) at this office, you should learn to handle situations like an adult rather than acting foolish, typing bad grammar (without punctuation) then claim to be a Veteran. You are making the rest of us look stupid and uneducated. You could have cost someone their life by trying to send them away from the very people who try to save lives!!!! Dr. Debsikdar refused my grandfather treatment for an infection behind the pacemaker he put in him. He said he was only responsible for the actual device, the infection was not his problem. Because he refused to see him my grandfather died from this infection. If all Dr. Debsikdar does is the implantation of the cardiac devices he should be up front with his patients so that they can be referred to a real cardiologist.
