Never in my life have I ever been treated the way Susan Benesh treated me. She doesn't need to be working with any patients the way she spoke to me and left me in the room for 20 minutes. She came into the room and looked at me and stated that she needed to see if the girl put in my vitals in the system. All of a sudden we heard a lot of laughter coming from behind us. She never explained to me who she was or anything. My grandchild and I walked over to see what was taking so long. We stood there and watched for six minutes, they didn't even notice that we were standing there watching them have a good time. It was a total of three and Susan was in the middle with her feet kicked up just having a good time. Finally when she saw me, I asked how long was it going to be? She said "And you can go sit back down and wait until I come back in the room!" It was a guy and another female that was at the nurse station at the back of the hallway in the last room that we were next to. I took my grandmother and stated that we will not be treated unfairly and spoken to like she did. She didn't even come back in the room. My grandmother is 88 years old and told me that she's never coming back to this facility due to her attitude. She doesn't know that when you work for Prisma, they vitals are already in the system once the CSR puts it in directly in from off the patient. Susan do not need to work in customer service and also dont need a job either!

Dr. Shultz is disrespectful and rude. Seems to have no care for young patients. Suggests I give him ideas of what to do to "put my mind at ease." As someone who works in healthcare, this is not how you should treat your patients

If I could give this -10 stars I would. I was not seen personally but my mother was. I was on the phone with her because my mother have memory problems and have trouble explaining her issues. She was referred to this office because of some health issues involving obviously her heart and had seen Dr. Thomas Schultz. This doctor came in the room and was already rude and seemed so careless. He was asking why she was referred to him as if her issue wasn't a big deal. He have NO COMPASSION for his patients what so ever. I would definitely recommend him to get out the health care field if he is so miserable with his career. Stop treating your patients as if they are a bothered! Listen to your patients, they know how they feel and if you don't want to help them please refer them to someone who will! My mother shouldn't be leaving a doctor crying because of their nasty attitude and lack of compassion for others!
