This place is a joke. If you want providers that care seek another place to receive care. The doctor I see never listens to me or is even the least bit helpful. Prepare to sit in the waiting room 3 hours past your appointment time. God forbid you need to speak to someone if you feel unwell the answering service almost never will connect you to the doctor on call. Now I've been trying for 3 weeks to get my records transferred to another place and I'm having to fight to even get that done. Imagine having problems and not even being able to get into a new practice because they are withholding records. It does NOT take 3 weeks to send things over. (Still haven't done it)

I have been coming to see Dr. Khoury for a long time. I love her. When I come we have to wait so long to see her. I live in lugoff. Recently I had an appointment with her for 9:30. They called the day before to tell me they have canceled my appointment. I am having chest heaviness and arm is hurting and yesterday I became nauseated. They gave me appointment for May 31st. I told the nurse that called me back why can I have a heart catheterization to see what's going on. Dr. Khoury told I have CHF. My heart is not pumping the blood like it should. I am tired and short of breathe. If she's too busy to see me, please schedule me for the heart catheterization. I know something is wrong, because I don't have the energy I once had to clean my house or walk from one room to another one. Please suggest someone else that I can see that's available.

I have been a patient here since 2010 and my Grandfather was a patient here for 25 years before. This used to be the best cardiology place, and care, until Providence bought and took over the facility. The very least that the staff could do, is to make sure that patients are aware of those changes and their financial responsibility before tests are run. Especially when they are the same faces that were there before the change. Providence has ruined what was once a great place. :'(

Been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hrs with chest pains. No help. What at one time was a wonderful Hospital is now so different. The. Nurses are over loaded. The stretchers wheels are dirty. The floor in examining room is dirty. I'm just not comfortable surrounded by all this dirt. Especially with the COVID-19 raging.

I had several recent appointments and procedures by Drs Foster and Gottipatti. Was treated expertly by both. Procedures were done at Providence and the set up and follow through were faultless. Have great faith in their abilities and judgements and recommend them without reservation. C Hite
