My daughter and husband both see Dr. Phillips. He is a very knowledgeable cardiologist but doesn't have the best bedside manner. And wait times are ridiculous. Example: Dr. Phillips walks in for his two minute conversation with my 22 year old daughter, after we waited an hour plus, and says, " So, you ready to have surgery?". Mind you, this is only her second appointment with him. She has a small hole(PFO) in her heart and has been treated by other cardiologists in the past. She was never told that it would be urgent or even needed for her PFO to be closed until Dr. Phillips saw her for the first time. We have since seen one the specialists that practice with Dr. Phillips who was more well spoken and explained everything she needed to know. My main point is Dr. Phillips is knowledgeable but always late and usually curt when he's talking to you.

Dr. Phillips has been great with my 96 year old dad. He is very genuine in his concern and takes time to talk with my dad . He makes my dad feel at ease when talking . He doesn't seem rushed. Dr Phillips is very knowledgeable and explains things where you can understand. My family appreciates Dr Phillips care of our dad.

Dr. Phillips is a superb Cardiologist. I have appreciated the time he takes to not only explain procedures but also to ask the right questions about related health issues. As a result of my last visit he referred me to Dr. Norm Khoury for a vein study to help determine cause of edema in ankles and feet.

Great doctor. Kinda like an assembly line there, wait an hour to be seen for 2 minutes. Spent more time with the nurse than the doctor....
