About Dr. David Gregg, IV, MD
After completing medical school at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, Dr. David Gregg completed his residency in internal medicine with additional training in cell biology and cardiovascular genomics at Duke University Medical Center. He then continued his fellowship training in cardiology at the University of California-San Francisco with a subspecialty focus on adult congenital heart disease and non-invasive imaging. Returning to the Medical University of South Carolina, Dr. Gregg founded the adult congenital heart disease program in 2006 in collaboration with pediatric cardiology and now serves as its director.
