Extremely pleased with Dr. Henk. I had a comprehensive exam last year and two follow up visits. He also identified a condition that needed attention and sent me to a specialist - grateful he found that. Awesome consultative communication style. Highly recommend!

Is straight foward and will not lie to you like so many do. I like the truth and not a lot of sugar coating. He has a great sense of humor, let's you make your own decisions without pressuring you. Does not believe in giving out a lot of mess if you truly don't need it. He will be my last doc. He is the only one I trust.

The staff have always been nice to me upon my visits. The check in process has a hard plastic iPad that allows patients to check in and process their payment which is convenient. However, after my visits I always recieve a bill in the mail even after I paid my copays. I tried to pay my bill online, but i couldn't find the website to pay online. I called and said I wanted to pay my bill and needed the website information. The staff told me they don't have a website, (even though it's 2019) but will process my payment over the phone. I do not like giving my card info over the phone, so I said I would pay on my next visit. They mailed me an invoice and asked me to write down my card info and mail it back in. Ummm... no thanks. Other than that and the doctor being arrogant, cocky and putting me down for being a Christian I thought the place was nice and clean. No I won't be returning and I assume I'll have to make the 30min round trip over to pay my bill.

Love this Doc... He's sense of humor is a breath of fresh air!! And he knows his job well!!
