Professionalism and attention to my individual need to address past, present and future pulmonary issues with current technology was evident as I walked in the front door. I have only had one visit to this office, but one was enough to get to know that this facility was different and the care was detailed and designed with me in mind. Thanks for caring!

This office desperately needs to do better. They rarely answer the phone, and when you leave a message, you don't get a call back. If you're sick and actually need help, the soonest appointment they'll give you is two months out -- otherwise they just tell you to go to urgent care. The problem is urgent care doesn't know your history, which defeats the purpose of having a regular doctor. Patients deserve an office that is responsive, caring, and accessible. Unfortunately, this practice is falling short on all of those basics.

Dr. Stroman was very thorough with explaining my handicapped son's condition and how she would follow his progress for the next two years. Hopefully, he can be released at that time. She was intelligent and nice!

Knowledgeable and compassionate! The best way for me to describe Dr. Alexis Stroman. She is the doctor you need when you are facing an uphill battle against a terminal illness. She is factual and she listens even when you tell her that you are not ready to hear what she needs you to know. I had to wait quite a while for my first appointment. That was not on her. That was due to limited pulmonologist in a small town. Thank you Dr. Stroman for being on my team! Ps: she has a wonderful nurse as well who has never failed to return my calls. Thank you both!
