If I could rate as 0 I would. This doctor does not follow up with patients as he should. He does not listen to your problems and act on them appropriately until the last minute. Does not call back patient. When patient was hospitalized due to pandemic, doc did not follow-up after discharge when the patient was unable to visit the office. I was a patient long ago and left due to these issues. Parent is still a patient and trying to move elsewhere if possible. Would not update prescription for blood glucose test strips to reflect current instructions that were to check blood glucose 3-4x daily with a prescription only written to check 2x daily. Needless to say, ran out of test strips halfway through the month. Gave "prescribed" insulin to parent, but did not write down dosing instructions in discharge paperwork. Could not find instructions on any office visits for last 4 visits. Parent became ill and not able to take care of themselves, so when came time to give insulin the caregiver did not know how, and when the doctor was called for instructions, no callback was received. Bottom line-if you care about your life, don't go here.
