He is an excellent pulmonologist!!! I took my dad to him 2 years ago with very bad COPD, emphysema and asthma, which was affecting his breathing condition severely....... Dr. Matarese has helped my dads breathing conditions improve immensely..He also educated us thoroughly on how to live with COPD I recommend Dr Matarese to everyone I know .. . Very professional Dr with a great personality...

I once loved this dr , he had called me a gold star patient due to my condition being so bad . My machine died . I called the office and the office manager was the most unprofessional person I have ever talked too. She basically told me that if I die it not her problem and I can't book an appointment unless I pay . They can't see me until I pay 230 .00 . Apparently I had a balance from 2021 !! Lol . I through healthcare professionals where to care about people . Welp this place only cares about money !

My husband is a patient. He has left numerous messages with no call back. I left a message yesterday. I just spoke to the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Hope no one needs to see this dr on an emergent basis.

Excellent caring pulmonologist. Very pleasant personality and attitude. He won't push meds/inhalers unless you NEED them! Highly recommended!

Spent plenty of time listening to me and analyzing what my problem was. Never felt rushed. Certainly recommended.
