This was my first appointment with ENT & Allergy. The sign-in was smooth and timely. Dr Patel is a wonderful physician. We discussed the reason for my appointment, he explained every test he was doing and why. After the testing, he explained what my options were, making sure I understood what they were. I feel confident that I received the best possible care. The sign-out was quick and very smooth and quick. Thank you Dr Patel and ENT staff.

I had my first visit with Dr. Risica for ringing in my ears, and it was an excellent experience. Dr. Risica was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling reassured and confident in the care plan. The staff was friendly and professional as well. I highly recommend Dr. Risica and this ENT office.

Office staff and technician were professional. Dr Andreozzi was friendly, and informative, explaining his findings and course of treatment. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I left feeling, I'm in the right place going forward and found a super physician that cares.

Amazing patient-focused practice! 10/10 experience across the board! Donna and Adrianna were a dream team help ing to get set up as a new patient. Thanks to both of these women, and the front office staff working at the East Providence location (Diane, I believe, was her name), I was quickly seen by Dr. Risica. Dr. Risica was so kind. He listened to all of my concerns; I even got a great book recommendation out of the appointment!

Great experience all around from check in to check out. Very personable and friendly staff. Dr Andreozzi is tops in what he does. Very personable, explains everything in detail and takes the time to listen and understand your concerns. Not a door knob DR. I have great confidence in the Dr's abilities and skill.
