Dr. Debra L. Roberts, MD

My experience with Dr. Robert's has only been positive over several years. I am able to get a same day sick appointment. She has always been thorough. I have never felt rushed or dismissed. She also employs a caring and welcoming office staff. I highly recommend her.

My entire family sees her. It took a while to get our initial appointment, but we have never had a problem being seen since. She is attentive and knowledgeable. She calls back immediately and is accommodating. Best doctor I have ever had!!!

She is such a kind and she listens to all your concerns about your health and she is also thorough when explaining what is going on with your body especially when your have fear. You leave with a weight lifted off your shoulders and can be certain that the tests she sends you for will help her with determining your prognosis. She diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia after going to many doctors finally was put on medication and the flew ups were not so severe.

I have absolutely no issue with Dr Roberts, however, her extremely condescendingly rude and unprofessional staff is the reason for this one star, ESPECIALLY after I complained about a staff member and received a phone call from that staff member CONFRONTING ME about my complaint! I will be finding a new doctor and will never return to this practice again. Not to mention it is very difficult to set up an appointment ahead of time. They can never work with your schedule and literally ALWAYS talk to you in a condescending manner. Some of her staff would be better suited working with animals since they have no people skills.

Dr. Deb is such a wonderful doctor. She takes the time to really get to know her patients. She is very caring and empathic and makes wonderful recommendations for specialists in the area when needed. She has been practicing for many years and it comes across in her interactions. I highly recommend Dr. Deb!
