The office people are rude and change appointments Nazi style by sending a letter stating your new location and time for the appointment. When I called to change to my regular Wakefield office, the office person was belligerent.

The cardiologists within this group, are top notch however the front desk assistant was rude, not offering any assistance or help to a problem. I was having obtaining critical information for a Procedure at my dentist... I had to postpone my appointment at the dentist and reschedule on a later date because I did not get the appropriate releases in a timely manner.... the front desk is the mirror of the practice, good communication, pleasantness, and willingness to help begins here
