Had a really long and uncomfortable experience with a tilt table test. Admin/check in staff where no where to be found when my test was delayed by hours. A simple 'hey it's gonna start at noon not 8am' would have saved my father and I time and energy. Unprofessional and unhelpful The nurses and actual medical staff were all lovely and helpful. Just the checkin/reception person. They even made it difficult for me to make the appointment. I get that the medical field is stressed right now, but I'm just as stressed as a patient
