I recently visited WELLNORTH Medical, and I was very disappointed with the experience. The service was extremely poor, and the clinic did not seem properly equipped. The doctor used very old equipment to check my blood pressure, which made me question the accuracy and reliability of the exam. The place also didn't feel clean or comfortable at all. From the moment I walked in, I felt uneasy because the environment was not well-maintained. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and quality of care were all below expectation. I would not recommend this clinic until they improve their equipment, hygiene, and customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Save yourself the headache and the frustration. I'd give it -383828383 stars if I could. I left my precious provider due to her constant laziness and disregard for my health and her always being late to see me. So I had hope with this new office things would be different. I had a new patient appointment back in August was already a little put off as the office is run down and the exam rooms were dirty and missing the usual equipment you'd see in a doctors office exam room. Nevertheless I met with Rayra Coehlo and she and I planned for me to get some bloodwork done to see what's going on with my hormones. Did the bloodwork on 9/3 my provider Rayra Coelho NP told me to my face she'd call me the same day with the lab results because "they usually process them really fast so I'll have them by the end of the day". Never heard from her. I have spent the past 5 weeks calling their office to never have them answer. When they finally do, the provider is never available and they never know what's going on. Last week I called on 10/3 and was told by the girl who answered my lab results were in fact in and that my provider Rayra was with patients all day but they would put a message for her to call me that day or on Monday when she was in again. No call ever came friday, nor did one come on Monday. I called the office Monday, nobody answered. I called Tuesday, no answer. I called yesterday and finally got ahold of someone ONLY TO FIND OUT my provider Rayra actually left the practice 2 weeks ago at the end of September and a new NP named Lisa had joined the practice. Meaning when I called on Friday 10/3 and they told me she (Rayra) was in and would give me a call, that was an absolute lie as she no longer even worked for the practice. I asked the woman on the phone (who also just started working there allegedly) to have a provider contact me by the end of the day yesterday (10/9) with an update; never got that call. This morning 10/10 I get a call from the same woman today asking me if I can tell her where I went for my lab work because they don't have the results in their system. Which is VERY ironic considering I was told on 10/3 they had my results and I just needed to wait on the call from the provider to discuss them. They even asked if it was okay to leave a voicemail, I said yes (they never did that either). So it's been 5 weeks since I've had bloodwork, have yet to hear from my provider (if I even have one anymore). I've been lied to several times already about where my provider is and where my results are. They aren't even uploaded to myChart where I can look for myself. Yet every time I'm finally able to get on the line with someone it's excuses and lies and more excuses and lies. I WILL be reporting them and filing a complaint against this "medical office" for their negligence and piss poor care. DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE FROM INCOMPETENT STAFF AND LOUSY MEDICAL PROVIDERS.

They never answer the phone. I have to walk in for a refill on my prescriptions. They tell me to use the online portal but still never refill my prescriptions. This place is stuck in the past and the receptionists are extremely rude. If you hate your job, find a new one!

QR code is the new check in process. It stated there was no appointment for me. I spoke to the receptionist who said I should have checked in with her. Please get your systems more organized. 8am appointment and got seen at 9am. I was the only patient in the office

The front desk with the curly hair and glasses is terrible, she is very rude, she is not qualified to work with costumers, I have been a patient of Dr. Calcatti for over 15 years and I never had any bad situation with then , Dr calcatti, Nps and staff no one until now, if You have an appointment and they cancel you appointment and don't notify you. If you said something she gets upset...... I've never had a similar experience. She is not prepared to handle difficult situations with patience,also They never answer the phone, The fax never works, poor follow up, They don't send the prescription to the pharmacy, you have to call several times. that's terrible.
