I'm sure Dr. Baraha is a fine doctor. That said, we were charged to check and splint my son's fractured wrist--we paid. One month later we received a bill for the follow up, a 5 minute "feels better? You can go back to gym" and we're charged 3x the original cost of treatment. The coding was for treatment--the billing department read me the doctors notes from the visit that also confirm it WAS A FOLLOW UP. Yet he coded it as treatment, and now we're stuck. That's just dishonest time keeping.

My four children started seeing Dr Beraha 33 years ago, now their children see him. He has been wonderful through all the ups and downs, the stitches, broken bones, sicknesses, and every well visit. His positive, caring, helpful, ways in divorce, death, heartaches drugs sex, everything we as a family have been through, he's helped tremendously. I don't think he even realizes how much he helpWe couldn't ask for a better pediatrician for our family.

If you require peace of mind that your insurance billing is handled correctly, your paperwork requests are processed even close to timely, or that your phone calls are returned, I'd recommend staying away from this office. That said, our experience with the doctor was fine. Well, except for receiving uninsured bills for the use of a Q-tip when infant daughter had an ear infection and the unnecessary showing of a YouTube video of how to use an inhaler when my son needed one. Over $100 for those two gems. The service there plainly sucks. Trust me and save silly money it costs to just get your history paperwork out of there and into more capable hands. Although that charge was worth every penny.

The staff here are amazing. The wait is never long and I have never felt rushed by the doctor. They always take time to actually listen to my concerns and are quick to respond to questions through the patient portal. I went undiagnosed with Lyme disease for years and they were able to properly diagnose and treat me. I'm thankful to have found this office and the wonderful staff it is made up of.

I scheduled an appointment and prior to the date of my appointment I recieved a voicemail stating THEY would have to reschedule due to scheduling conflicts. I tried calling twice and was unable to reach a real person. Two days after what was supposed to be my appointment they sent me a message saying I missed my appointment, I went on patient portal and they are trying to charge me a $70 missed appointment fee for which THEY cancelled. I will not be paying this charge. If I could give less than 1 star I would. In the past I signed a release of information that I thought the doctor would be signing and it was handed off to a PA who I might have seen once or twice. His negative remarks cost me from obtaining a personal goal. Doctors spend more time on computer while in room than on patient.
